Campervan Hire - Edited 4th June 2021

JUNE UPDATE - Wales is currently allowing holidays in our campervans again! Restirctions allow campsites and their facilities to be open but please check with all campsites on exactly how they are operating before booking. Our vans do have European insurance and can travel to Europe BUT it is the hirer's responsibilty to follow government advice on foreign travel. Should your holiday be affected by the reintroduction of restrictions, the following will apply;

We know these are not normal times and as such have made some temporary changes to our booking policy to ensure your peace of mind when booking with us.

Our vans are meticulously cleaned between hires on a normal basis, but extra care is being taken now to ensure every possible surface is cleaned with a disinfectant and sanitised before any hire.

What if government restrictions/guidelines change?

We fully understanding how uncertain things are currently and the possibility of change at any point, with that in mind any bookings made after 6th July 2020 will be entitled to a full refund or free postponement* under the following circumstances only:

  1. Our hire depot having to close
  2. You or a someone you have been in close contact with/live with is showing Coronavirus symptoms or has tested positive in the 7 days before a hire starts
  3. Travel restrictions being re-introduced
  4. A 'local lock-down' being introduced in our depot area or your HOME address

*The free postponement with be valid for up to 18months after the initial booking start date. There will be no charge unless the hire period you choose in the future has a higher premium.
